How to start
Seven steps from creating an account to taking money out. Most people get through the first four in one sitting.
-
Register
Open Register and fill in your first and last name, date of birth, email, a password and your UK address. Use your real details: they need to match your ID later.
You must be 18 or over. If the date of birth shows you're under 18, the form won't let you finish. You also accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Marketing emails are a separate choice and are off unless you tick the box.
-
Confirm your email
We send a confirmation link to the address you gave. Open it to confirm the email is yours. The link works once and expires after 48 hours.
Nothing in your inbox? Check spam, then request a new link from the log-in page.
-
Pass the age and identity check
The law requires us to confirm who you are and that you're 18 or over before you deposit or play. We check your name, date of birth and address against the records we use for verification.
If that doesn't confirm everything, we ask for documents: photo ID and proof of address. You upload them in My Account, under Verification. Your status shows there as Verification Required, Pending or Verified.
-
Log in
Log in with your email and password. For your security we log you out after 60 minutes without activity, and you can log out of other devices by changing your password.
-
Deposit
Go to My Account, then Deposit. Choose a payment method, enter an amount and check the details before you confirm. We accept Visa and Mastercard debit cards, bank transfer and e-wallets.
Before your first deposit is a good time to set a deposit limit. It takes a minute in My Account, under Responsible Gambling.
-
Choose a game
Browse the catalogue, open any game to read how it works, then press Play. Game rules, stakes and the return to player figure are shown inside each game.
-
Withdraw
Request a withdrawal from My Account, under Withdrawal. Money goes back to a payment method in your name, and your account must be verified. You can follow the status of each request, and every payment is listed in Transaction History.
