First Person XXXtreme Lightning Roulette is a European roulette wheel where lightning picks out random numbers each round and attaches multipliers to them.

Multipliers can be chained on the same number, which is where the big figures on the cover come from. The trade-off is that a straight-up win without a multiplier pays less than on a standard wheel. The exact pays are in the help screen.
